At R&J Batteries, we take pride in our commitment to excellent customer service, and our Counter Sales team makes that commitment a reality. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches, you’ll provide expert advice, friendly service, and practical solutions to meet their battery and accessory needs. You’ll thrive if you enjoy problem-solving, greeting a mix of retail and trade customers, and providing hands-on service with comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Engage customers with expert product knowledge & friendly service
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, & solution-based selling
- Cash handling, daily invoicing & warranty paperwork
- Testing, charging & fitting batteries
- Accurate picking, packing & dispatching of customer orders
- Assist with warehouse duties & deliveries when required
- Full training will be provided!
