Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly, knowledgeable faces of R&J Batteries, working directly with our trade and wholesale customers across the region. This role blends relationship building, sales, and hands-on delivery work, making every day dynamic and rewarding. You will be out on the road meeting customers, managing your own client base, and helping keep their operations moving with the right products at the right time. If you enjoy working independently, building genuine connections, and taking pride in reliable service, this is the perfect fit. Full training is provided, so enthusiasm and a great attitude go a long way!
- Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers including farmers
- Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them encouraging repeat business
- Pick, pack & load your daily deliveries before heading out on the road to deliver and sell
- Complete accurate sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers!
- Consignment & stock rotation of products at customer sites
- Being a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know!
- Full training will be provided!
