Battery Finder
The R&J Battery Finder is a comprehensive tool designed to help you quickly find the right battery for your vehicle or equipment. Built from over 30 years of industry experience, the R&J Battery Finder features up to date and accurate fitment data for thousands of vehicles. Results will include recommended part numbers from trusted brands like Delkor, ACDelco, Predator, Hardcore, and Motobatt (for motorcycles).
R&J Batteries continues to improve its Battery Finder; it now has 4 key functions:
1. Search by Vehicle
Select your application type (Car & Light Commercial, Truck & Heavy Commercial or Motorbike & Powersports) and enter your vehicle's make, model and year. The tool will then generate a list of battery options suited to your vehicle.

2. Search by Vehicle Registration Number (REGO)
Enter your vehicle’s registration number to instantly find compatible battery options. This function quickly finds your vehicle details and matches them to the correct battery. This leaves little room for error and will show you various options to meet your vehicle’s specific needs.

3. Search by Part Number
If you already know your battery part number or case size, simply enter it to view its specifications and find compatible or alternative R&J Batteries products.

4. Search by Attribute
If you know what you need from your battery but don’t know the part number, try Search by Attribute. This tool lets you search and filter by battery type, CCA, Ah, dimensions or weight to find a battery that fits your specific requirements.

Whichever Battery Finder function you use, you’ll also gain the benefit of a live product data sheet. From the battery results, select your desired battery to view the specification page. This can then be exported to PDF as a product data sheet with the most up to date information for that product.
Users that search with the Vehicle or REGO lookup for automotive vehicles will also see an additional fitment note specific to their search. This will identify any key things to look out for when fitting a battery in that selected vehicle.
Cross Reference Guide
Not sure which R&J battery is the exact match for the existing battery installed in your vehicle? The Cross Reference Guide lets you search by your existing battery part number to find the R&J Batteries equivalent. This guide covers a wide range of battery types including automotive, AGM & EFB, commercial, deep-cycle, marine and lawn mower batteries.
Simply type your current part number into the search bar, and the guide will return matching batteries from the R&J Batteries, Delkor, and AC Delco ranges. No matter the brand of your current battery, we'll help you find a compatible replacement. After finding your match, contact or visit your closest distributor for testing and fitment options.

Auxiliary Battery System Calculator
For those running 12V auxiliary power systems in caravans, campers, or work vehicles, the Auxiliary Battery System Calculator is a must use tool. This calculator can be used to estimate your system's usable capacity, daily power consumption, and expected run time.
Step 1: Input the power rating (watts) and daily usage hours of each device you'll be running. If you don't know the power rating, you can multiply the maximum current draw (in Amps) by 12V to calculate it.
Step 2: Enter your battery's capacity, how many batteries you have, and your system's ideal Depth of Discharge (DoD)*. Once complete, the calculator provides a clear summary of your available power and system performance.
*Lead Acid batteries can only safely discharge to 50% of their capacity; however, lithium (LiFePO4) batteries can discharge up to 100% of their rated capacity.

Note: This tool is designed for 12V systems and assumes all batteries in your setup are the same type and capacity.
R&J Batteries' website tools make battery selection and power management simple, whether you're maintaining your family car, powering heavy equipment, or planning your next off grid adventure.
