For almost 10 years, Outback Batteries have been a one stop shop for all of your battery needs. Family and locally owned Outback Batteries was established from humble beginnings in Alice Springs. Today they own and operate 5 stores, with representation in both the Northern Territory and Queensland, servicing the Toowoomba, Darwin, Alice Springs and Yarrawonga areas.

For over 35 years Outback Batteries owner, Mike Farrell has been heavily invested in the battery industry. As a pioneer of hybrid solar hybrid technologies, eco-energy Australia Mike introduced early solar solutions in cattle stations and aboriginal communities throughout rural Northern Territory and remote areas across Australia. Over the years Mike built lasting relationships with R&J Batteries’ solar and industrial leaders Justin Skaines and Mark Ray who introduced him to Ray and the R&J Batteries family.
Observing their core values of integrity, honesty and respect, Outback Batteries are solely committed to providing superior products, tailored battery solutions and good old-fashioned, country style service. If they don’t have it in stock, they will endeavour to source it.

In addition to their comprehensive range of batteries Outback Batteries also stock a wide range of chargers, invertors, 12-volt accessories, solar products, 4WD accessories, lighting, cables, fridges, dual battery equipment and much more.
